This course is offered to all students that have a verified handicapping condition. It includes specially designed instruction and activities which augment, supplement, or support the educational program of eligible individuals.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course is designed to teach and reinforce basic reading and study skills. Its overall aim is to help students understand and develop specific ways to learn. Students will be developing reading and study skills, locating information skills, and constructing graphic arts. Overall aim is to help students understand their learning styles and develop specific ways for them to learn.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Title I is designed to supplement student learning through tutorial assistance and the reinforcing of study skills (time management, organization, and memory skills), reading skills (reading techniques, comprehension, and vocabulary), and writing skills (grammar, mechanics, and composition).

ESL (English as a Second Language) is a support service for students who have a very limited command of the English language due to another language being their primary language.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course covers basic reading skills in comprehension and vocabulary. It offers additional skill development in phonics, spelling, and grammar.
